After an apprenticeship in André Kieny's Restaurant "La Poste" in Riedisheim, Thiebaut Strauss perfected his art at Pierre Gaertner's Restaurant "Aux Armes de France" in Ammerschwihr. In 1978, he worked at the Hotel George V in Paris beside the Chef Lucien Maujean, then in Weil am Rhein in the Hotel Restaurant "Zum Adler". In 1983, Thiébaut Strauss married Marie-Rose Fuchs. Follow other enriching experiences that brought spouses Strauss to open the "RESTAURANT STRAUSS" in 1991.
